Les Sentinelles
2024-2025Opera for three female singers, one actress, and orchestraLes Sentinelles is a contemporary opera in two acts, the result of a collaboration between composer Clara Olivares and librettist and stage director Chloé Lechat. Premiered on November 10, 2024 at the Grand Théâtre de Bordeaux, this work explores the complexities of human relationships through the lens of four female characters.

2022Musical performanceThe Cold Song Project is a continuous 50-minute performance, the result of a collaboration between Clara Olivares (electronics) and Vanasay Khamphommala (performance), which questions our relationship to time—both the space in which all the experiences of our lives take place, and the process that inexorably brings us closer to our own end.

This intimate musical biopic explores the major stages of her life, from birth to death, including her loves, losses, and hallucinations.

2015In situ musical performanceCreated for the inauguration of the Sentier des Cabanes Sonores in Metz in 2015, La Pierre Chantante is an improvised musical performance by Clara Olivares and percussionist Simon Pomarat, conceived around a pavilion imagined by Jean-François Frering and Klaus Stöber.
